After immigrating to the U.S. as a teenager, she studied economics and biochemistry at Hamilton College before beginning her career at BlackRock, Inc., analyzing mortgage-backed securities. She later earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and built a decade-long career as an oncologist at BWH/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where her work requires the same dedication, precision, and compassion she now brings to every client relationship in real estate.

Having lived in Massachusetts for over two decades, Fallon offers deep insight into the Boston housing market. She works with a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizing empty nesters and seasoned investors. As an investor herself, she leverages her network of trusted, investor-friendly partners to help clients build generational wealth while ensuring that each transaction is carefully analyzed and strategically executed.

She also serves on the board of the Community Music Center of Boston and supports the CB Realty CARES Foundation.
